23 CAR § 462-102. Applicability

(a) This part shall apply to all practices and procedures before the Arkansas Public Service Commission unless otherwise specifically stated. (b) For any additional matters of practice or procedure having general applicability to regulated entities and parties appearing before the Arkansas Public Service Commission, please refer to Docket No. 14-001-A.
