23 CAR § 462-405. Subpoenas

(a) Any commissioner, presiding officer, or the secretary may issue subpoenas requiring the attendance of a witness or the production of documentary evidence from any place in the state at any designated place for the purpose of taking the testimony of such witness or producing the documentary evidence. (b) Except as provided herein, subpoenas and related proceedings shall be governed by the applicable statutes and the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure, including Arkansas Code §§ 23-2-313, 23-2-407, 23-2-408, and 23-2-409 and Ark. R. Civ. P. 45.
