23 CAR § 462-411. Adjournment and closing

(a)(1) The Arkansas Public Service Commission may adjourn a hearing to any future date or place. (2) Such adjournment shall be noted in the record and further notice shall not be required. (b) A hearing shall be deemed concluded when the Arkansas Public Service Commission so determines.
