23 CAR § 462-805. Staff assistance in preparing a filing

(a) The staff, consistent with other workload requirements, may provide general guidance when needed to an applicant in preparing a filing. (b) Applicants desiring guidance are encouraged to inform the staff of their intention to make a filing pursuant to this subpart at the earliest practicable date.
