23 CAR § 463-205. Trouble report records

(a) Each electric utility shall maintain accurate records of trouble reports. (b) Each record shall be maintained for at least two (2) years. (c) At a minimum, each record shall include: (1) Appropriate identification of the: (A) Person or persons reporting the trouble; and (B) Specific geographic area; (2) Time and date of the initial report; (3) Description of the trouble reported; (4) Description of the trouble found by the electric utility; (5) Action taken to clear the trouble; and (6) Date and time the trouble was cleared.
