23 CAR § 464-306. Curtailment policy

(a) Each gas utility shall file a curtailment policy as a tariff according to the Arkansas Public Service Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 23 CAR pt. 462. (b) The policy shall contain an order of priority for curtailing gas service to its customers.
