23 CAR § 464-402. Gas utility system maintenance

(a) Each gas utility shall maintain its system in accordance with the Arkansas Gas Pipeline Code for Design, Construction, Operation, Inspection, and Maintenance of Natural Gas Systems, 23 CAR pt. 451. (b) The Arkansas Gas Pipeline Code shall take precedence over any other requirements for construction, operation, and maintenance of gas facilities under the jurisdiction of the Arkansas Public Service Commission. (c) Each gas utility shall be able to provide evidence of compliance with the Arkansas Gas Pipeline Code's maintenance requirements.
