23 CAR § 464-604. Normal delivery pressure

(a) Each gas utility shall establish a normal gauge pressure at which gas will be supplied through the meter to a customer's piping.
(b)(1) The normal gauge pressure must be no higher than the maximum allowed to safely operate equipment that uses gas.
(2) The normal gauge pressure plus the assumed atmospheric pressure should total the established absolute pressure base as closely as practicable.
(c) Pressure higher than the established normal gauge pressure may be supplied to an individual at the request of the customer.
(d) The normal gauge pressure at which gas will be supplied through the meter to a customer's piping shall be filed as a tariff according to the Arkansas Public Service Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 23 CAR pt. 462.
