23 CAR § 465-204. Construction records and plans

(a) Each water utility shall maintain copies of all construction reports and plans for a period of at least two (2) years after the completion of a project. (b) The records shall include, but not be limited to: (1) Design specifications; (2) Contracts; (3) Work orders; (4) Material placed; and (5) Associated costs.
