23 CAR § 465-210. Records of flushing of mains

Each water utility shall maintain a record of the flushing of its mains to include the following information: (1) Date of the flushing; (2) Location of the flushing; (3) Name of the utility employee performing the flushing; (4) Duration of the flushing; and (5) Colors of the flow during the flushing.
