23 CAR § 466-106. Discrimination prohibited

A TP shall not unlawfully discriminate against an applicant for service or an existing customer in the provision of telecommunications service based on:
(1) Race;
(2) Color;
(3) Creed;
(4) Religion;
(5) National origin;
(6) Sex;
(7) Marital status; or
(8) Receipt of public assistance.
