23 CAR § 466-110. Service availability

(a) Each TP shall provide all services and offerings on a continuous twenty-four-hour basis.
(b) For example:
(1) Local and toll switched or nonswitched circuits and functions;
(2) Equipment or personnel to receive customer trouble reports; and
(3) Emergency repair service.
