23 CAR § 466-1102. Repair service answering time

(a) The answer time for calls directed to a repair service number should be twenty (20) seconds or less. (b) For purposes of evaluating the quality of service, the average answer time for one hundred percent (100%) of the calls shall be twenty (20) seconds or less.
