23 CAR § 466-1204. Postelection notification

(a) Customers shall be notified of the results of the election within forty-five (45) days of the ballot certification date.
(b) Notification may be by:
(1) Mail;
(2) Bill insert;
(3) Bill message; or
(4) Other reasonable means.
(c) The notification shall include the following:
(1) A description of the EAS route;
(2) The results of the EAS election;
(3) The implementation date, if applicable; and
(4) The EAS rate or rates.
