23 CAR § 466-512. Partial payments

(a) If a customer pays part of a bill for LEC service, an LEC shall first credit the payment to earlier charges for telecommunications service. (b) This section does not apply when there: (1) Is a disputed bill; (2) Is a delayed payment agreement; or (3) Are other written instructions.
