23 CAR § 466-908. Local telephone numbers

(a) Assignment. Local telephone numbers shall be assigned at the discretion of the LEC. (b) Changes and customer notification. Each LEC may make reasonable changes in local telephone numbers after giving the affected customers sixty (60) days’ notice of changes.
