23 CAR § 82-118. Filing for prior review

(a) The Insurance Commissioner may, at his or her discretion, require the filing with the State Insurance Department, for review and approval prior to use, of any disability insurance advertising material. (b) Such advertising material must be filed by the insurer with the department not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date the insurer desires to use the advertisement.
