24 CAR § 10-203. Candidacy and voting in trustee elections — Generally

(a) A candidate who is employed in more than one (1) position with a covered employer shall have his or her eligibility determined based on his or her primary position for which he or she receives the greater percentage of covered salary. (b)(1) Only members of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System shall vote in a trustee election. (2) Guardians, attorneys-in-fact, or others shall not vote on behalf of a member. (c)(1) An employee of the system shall not be elected or appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System. (2) An employee of the system shall not be a candidate for election or appointment to the board.
