24 CAR § 10-211. Elected trustee nominations — Ballots

(a) Before ballots are mailed, the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System or its designee shall conduct a random drawing for ballot positions. (b) At least two (2) independent witnesses shall witness and certify the drawing of the ballot positions. (c) The system shall notify each candidate who was certified to participate in election for the trustee position of the order in which the candidate will be listed on the ballot.
