24 CAR § 1-403. Purchase of military service credit

(a) Military service credit eligible for purchase under Arkansas Code § 24-2-502 shall include active duty and active duty for training. (b) Provided, however, active duty for training shall not include: (1) Summer camp; (2) Weekend drills; or (3) Other duty with a duration of less than thirty (30) consecutive days.
