24 CAR § 1-515. Restrictions on benefits

(a)(1) This part is complementary.
(2) However, no person may take benefits under two (2) or more sections at the same time.
(b) Retirement and survivors’ benefits shall be measured by the average annual salary under 24 CAR § 1-513(d).
