24 CAR § 20-1010. Reporting requirements

(a) The financial and member information required to be reported annually will be supplemented by a detailed listing of each member currently on DROP and the amount of their DROP account as of the end of the current reporting period. (b) The Arkansas Fire and Police Pension Review Board has the right to request additional information concerning the calculation of the DROP account.
