24 CAR § 5-101. Administration

(a) Administrative functions and records are hereby transferred to the Arkansas Public Employees’ Retirement System. (b) The Executive Director of the Arkansas Public Employees’ Retirement System shall be the Executive Secretary of the State Police Retirement System.
