25 CAR § 1-105. Nondiscrimination

Referrals or applicants will not be excluded from applying for services or be found ineligible for services on the basis of: (1) Age; (2) Sex; (3) Race; (4) Color; (5) National origin; (6) Type of expected employment outcome; (7) Source of referral; (8) Particular service needs or anticipated cost of services; (9) Income level of the applicant or their family; (10) Applicant’s employment history or current employment status; or (11) Applicant’s educational status or current educational credentials.
