25 CAR § 1-112. Eligibility

(a) For an individual to be eligible for the Older Individuals Who Are Blind program, an applicant must be: (1) At least fifty-five (55) years of age; and (2) Seeking assistance with independent living goals. (b) Any applicant who wishes to seek an employment goal should be referred to the VR program.
