25 CAR § 2-109. Legal residency and citizenship

(a) The Division of State Services for the Blind does not require an individual to have legal residency or citizenship in order to apply for services and receive an eligibility determination.
(b) However, individuals who apply for vocational rehabilitation services must intend to achieve a competitive integrated employment outcome.
(c) The other conditions of eligibility required by policy must be met.
