(a) Adjustment to blindness (ATB) training teaches individuals who are blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind the skills necessary to function as independently as possible.
(b) ATB training is critical to an individual’s success in both their career and their lives.
(c) The Helen Keller National Center is available to those individuals who require specific deaf-blind skills training:
