25 CAR § 55-103. Noncompliance

(a) The Department of Shared Administrative Services may notify the Governor if a state entity fails to comply with this part. (b) In the event of noncompliance, the department will first notify the state entity and provide the state entity an opportunity to cure the noncompliance.
