25 CAR § 8-207. Duties of the director

(a) The Director of the Division of Career and Technical Education is the chief executive officer of the Division of Career and Technical Education. (b) He or she shall: (1) Devote all of his or her time to the duties of the office; (2) Act as agent of the Career Education and Workforce Development Board; and (3) Perform such other duties as are designated by the board or by statute.
