26 CAR § 100-101. Purpose

(a) This part is promulgated to implement and clarify the Arkansas Income Tax Act of 1929, Arkansas Code § 26-51-101 et seq., as amended. (b) All persons affected by or relying upon this part are advised to read this part in its entirety, as the meaning of the provisions of one (1) section may depend upon the provisions contained in another section.
