26 CAR § 200-102. Quorum

(a) A majority of the members of the Arkansas Tobacco Control Board shall constitute a quorum. (b) If a quorum is not present at the time of such called meeting, same may be adjourned to a later date to be designated by the Chair of the Arkansas Tobacco Control Board.
