26 CAR § 200-1605. Effect of opinions

(a) The Arkansas Tobacco Control Board may reconsider, withdraw, or amend prior opinions upon request of a citizen, or on its own motion, by a majority vote of a quorum of the board. (b) In such event, written notice of the change shall be mailed to the original requesting party at the last address for that party provided to the board.
