26 CAR § 200-302. Wholesaler-in-fact

Each applicant shall attest that the permittee shall be a wholesaler-in-fact, proof of which shall consist of: (1) An established place of business; (2) The length of time for which said office and/or warehouse has been rented, leased, or owned; and (3) The federal employer’s business identification number of each business.
