26 CAR § 211-202. Presiding officer

(a) The Chair of the Administrative Hearing Advisory Board (hearing board) shall request the Attorney General to provide a presiding officer to preside at the hearing. (b) If the Attorney General does not provide a hearing officer the chair may preside or designate other members of the hearing board to preside.
