26 CAR § 211-217. Recording the proceedings

(a) The responsibility to record the testimony heard at a hearing is borne by the Assessment Coordination Division. (b) Upon the filing of a petition for judicial review, the division will provide a verbatim transcript of testimony taken at the hearing.
