26 CAR § 400-203. Payment and issuance of limited warranty deed

(a) Effective July 1, 2023, issuance of a limited warranty deed will be contingent upon full payment of the purchase price. (b) The deed will be recorded in the county where the parcel is located and then forwarded to the purchaser.
