26 CAR § 410-405. Legislative approval, final filings, and effective date

(a) After the necessary legislative approvals are obtained, the Tax Appeals Commission will file the final rule with the Secretary of State. (b) The final rule will be effective ten (10) days after filing with the Secretary of State unless a later date is specified in the rule itself or by law.
