26 CAR § 411-603. Signatures

(a) An electronic document shall be deemed to be signed by the registered user who files it. (b) An electronic document may be signed by scanned or digital signature, or, for signatures other than a taxpayer’s signature on a Power of Attorney form, a typewritten name may be used.
