27 CAR § 110-115. Continuances

(a) After any proceeding has been set for hearing, no motion for continuance will be granted except for good cause shown. (b) A motion for continuance shall be in writing and shall set forth the grounds for request. (c) In no case will an agreement for continuance of a cause be recognized by the State Highway Commission unless the consent of the commission has been procured.
