27 CAR § 132-1101. Policy

(a) The Arkansas Department of Transportation shall grant written permission to garden clubs for the installation of Blue Star Memorial Highway markers meeting these requirements. (b) The garden club (permittee) shall: (1) Be a member of the Arkansas Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc.; and (2) Provide, install, and maintain the marker.
