27 CAR § 132-302. Program purpose

(a) The purpose of the Adopt-A-Spot Program is to permit and promote political subdivisions of this state (counties or municipalities) to landscape selected intersection islands and other areas of the rights-of-way along state highways. (b) The goal of the program is to enhance the appearance of the local community as well as the state highway system.
