27 CAR § 180-201. Scholarships — Generally

(a) The Arkansas State Parks License Plate Program provides scholarships for Arkansas residents to attend institutions of higher education within the state and uses funds from license plate sales to assist students in reaching their potential as tomorrow’s state park professionals. (b) Scholarship amounts are subject to decrease based on budget allocations.
