27 CAR § 30-162. Form of covenant not to sue

The covenant not to sue should be notarized indicating: (1) The parties of the covenant; (2) The date and location of the accident; (3) Any conditions under which the covenant is being executed; (4) The date the covenant is being executed; and (5) The signatures of the parties of the covenant, and such signatures to be made in the presence of a notary.
