27 CAR § 30-190. Surrender of license and registration

(a) The police authority, upon confiscating the suspended items, shall forthwith forward them to the Office of Driver Services. (b) If the suspended items cannot be confiscated within thirty (30) days of the request, the police authority shall notify the office.
