27 CAR § 71-103. Procedures

(a) Potential applicants will be notified when an application period begins by email, letter, advertisement in applicable publications, and/or a notice on the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s website. (b)(1) The minimum amount requested for each application is twenty thousand dollars ($20,000). (2) There is no limit to the maximum amount that can be requested. (3) However, it should be noted that only five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is available each year.
