27 CAR § 91-105. Prior policy

The provisions of this part shall supersede and void all prior State Highway Commission or administrative orders and/or statements of Arkansas Department of Transportation policy relating to the accommodation and/or relocation of utilities and related vegetation control on highway right-of-way.
