27 CAR § 91-702. Authority

(a) The Federal-Aid Policy Guide, 23 C.F.R. § 645.101 et seq., as amended and supplemented, is adopted by reference herein with the same force and effect as if recited at length. (b) Determination of reimbursement eligibility is pursuant to applicable state law and statutory law, and case law is generally interpreted by the Arkansas Department of Transportation’s legal counsel.
