27 CAR § 92-103. Authority

(a) Acts 2003, No. 460, of the Regular Session of the 84th General Assembly authorized the State Highway Commission to enter into design-build contracts for highway construction projects and is included as Appendix A. (b) Acts 2013, No. 541, of the Regular Session of the 89th General Assembly expanded the definition of projects eligible to participate in the design-build process by lowering the minimum project cost for projects using the half-cent temporary sales and use tax, pursuant to Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 91, and is included as Appendix B.
