27 CAR § 92-202. Project selection

(a) Potential D-B projects may be proposed by Arkansas Department of Transportation staff for consideration by the Director of State Highways and Transportation. (b) The department may also receive an unsolicited project proposal (UPP) for a proposed D-B project by a potential design-builder which should be handled in accordance with the processes outlined in Appendix C. (c) The final determination of whether a project is selected by the department for utilization of D-B methodology is the responsibility of the State Highway Commission.
