27 CAR § 93-112. Design-build project administration

(a) After selection of a design-builder and execution of the design-build contract, the Arkansas Department of Transportation takes on the responsibilities as set out and described in the design-build contract. (b) The administration process of a design-build contract may be: (1) Pursuant to the guidelines developed by the department; or (2) As directed on a project-by-project basis.
